East Coast Flames Allstars is one of Palm Beach's most successful privately-owned competitive cheerleading teams. We offer a variety for all ages 3 and up. We take pride in being a family oriented gym. Our staff is hand-picked and each member has years of qualifying experience. ECF has a place for EVERYONE wishing to be a part of our program. Tryouts are held annually in early May. At that time we hand pick each student to be on a skill level/age appropriate team. The summer time is strictly learning new skills, improving old ones, and training to meet higher goals. To be a valuable part of the team, the summer time is critical. In the fall, we will start our routines and continue with training. East Coast Flames doors are never closed to anyone wanting to be a part of our family, come and join the fun!
